The hotel had a great location, which was convenient for exploring the city. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment.
The elevator only reached the fourth floor, which was inconvenient if you were staying on a higher floor with heavy luggage. the wifi quality was poor, and it was frustrating to have to go down a few floors just to reconnect.

The hotel’s location was really close to museum kunstpalast, hofgarten also was easily accessible. Pempelfort neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, with the U-Bahn and tram stops just a short walk away. Getting around the city is easy from here. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, like a spacious bathroom and a TV. the breakfast was also quite good. Despite a few shortcomings, this hotel is a reasonable choice.
The noise from other guests in the hotel could be quite distracting at times.

The location to the Nordstrasse U-Bahn station and there are some handy shops close by. The bed was good. One of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The almighty rip off that Hotels in Germany get away with when there is a big show in town. The difficulty in getting the use of an ironing board. The size of the room. No Tea/coffee making, they leave a hot water themos out in the hall but the water wasn't hot. Place was old and shabby but the bed furniture seemed quite new. Normally 79 Euro a night so maybe it is normally Ok for the money but during showtime what they charge is a disgrace.

It's not three-star hotel. Maybe one star. This hotel offers only basic services. It's very very old. The only good thing about it is the location. You get out of the u ban – nordstrasa station - and the hotel in front of you. Everything else is bad. Appropriate rate for this hotel will be 40 Euros. In practice, we paid over 100 Euros because of the exhibition. It did not bother me at first since the location made up for everything, but when I woke up with back pain because the bad mattress was old and poor it's began to disturb me. It's really bothered me when I started scratching. I'm sensitive to dust and I guess that's why I started to scratch on the second day. The room was clean and tidy but very old so dust is something inevitable. In summary, if you have another option takes it. If not you will be happy because of the location.

Actualy only the location-opposite metro station, nothing else
1)The owner used to cook chineese food and the smell was all over the place-all day long 2)the heating went off during the night (maybe they had a timer to control the heating

location is good。 just at the exit of underground
The staff almost don't speak English, the hairdryer in my room doesn't work. One day they didn't put any towels in my room after make up the room. The worst thing is that they were trying to charge us for breakfast for those days which we didn't have and no invoices were given after we paid the bill.

the only thing I appreciated was the free Wi-Fi and the clean towels. it was in a quiet area of the city, perfect for a good night's sleep.
The few good qualities of the hotel were overshadowed by the negative aspects. On the first night, I discovered that my bed linen was stained and the room had a musty smell.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the U-bahn station. The two people at the reception were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice view from the highest floor.
The walls were thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms. , the pillows were flat, and the shower was small.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable for what I got.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from various transportation options and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of fresh and tasty items.
Nothing, all aspects of our stay were wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city!
